Hello, I'm Danny L. Smith, a seasoned entrepreneur, coach, consultant, and mentor. My passion is coaching and helping other entrepreneurs establish effective business systems, blending practical strategies with biblical wisdom. I believe true growth comes from both structure and insight, guiding leaders to navigate business and life with clarity, purpose, and accountability. And then there's always devine intervention.

But with growth, there's always pain and we all have to grind it out. Everyday.

Finishing well is not easy. That is why the name matters. ONE-MORE-GRIND is a reminder that growth requires one more step, one more rep, one more prayer, one more act of obedience. Whether it is going to work, starting a new business, making another sales call, reading Scripture, praying, going for a run, lifting weights, or simply getting up off the couch, it will often be tough.

ONE-MORE-GRIND is not for everyone. Jesus taught us to seek the Kingdom of God first, and that pursuit is not easy. Here, we believe there is a time to pause, a time to pray, a time to learn, a time to plan, and a time to move. And at all times, we must be purposeful about what we are doing.

Our mission is to glorify God by finishing well and help others do the same.

Our purpose to is proclaim Jesus, warning and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.
